In this course, we will practice our business English. Small talk, phone calls, letters, emails, meetings, presentations and cultural differences between English speaking countries and Germany will be the central topics of the course. Participants will learn how to actively participate in decision making processes and how to compromise with their English speaking colleagues. Work situations will be simulated.
Written exercises may be turned in at any time and will be returned after being corrected. Based on participants’ fluency and goals, additional themes and topics may be added. A basic knowledge of the written and spoken English language is required.
